Privacy policy

Effective October 20, 2026

The short version: Room Game Night has no accounts, sets no cookies of its own and keeps nothing about you. Printable cards are made in your browser.

What this site keeps

Nothing about visitors. The pages on roomgamenight.com are plain web pages: there are no sign-ups, no forms that send us information, no visitor counters and no tracking or advertising code.

Printable bingo cards

Bingo cards and caller sheets are made in your browser when you open the print page. The card numbers are picked at random on your device, and nothing about your cards is sent to us or stored.

Web server logs

Like nearly every website, our web host records standard server logs: the internet address that asked for a page, the page, the time and the type of browser. We use these only to keep the site running and secure, and our host deletes them after a limited time.

Cloudflare

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which sees visitors' internet addresses in order to block attacks and automated traffic. Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie, or run a quick check in your browser, when it needs to tell people from bots. Cloudflare handles this under its own privacy policy.

Ads

There are no ads on this site at the moment. If we add ads to help keep the games free, we will update this page first to explain what the ad code does and the choices you have.

Children

Room games are made for families and classrooms. We don't ask for, or knowingly collect, personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Please use a nickname rather than a full name in any Room game, especially for children.

Room Trivia is our trivia game. It runs on its own site, and what it stores is described in Room Trivia's privacy notice. Other sites we link to have their own privacy policies.

Changes

When the site changes what it keeps (for example when a live game opens here), we update this page first. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
